Any additional professional services are transparently charged at an hourly rate, with financial authorisation sought beforehand, ensuring budget control and service alignment. In the inception phase of our agreement, we establish the number of days and meetings per year to ensure service alignment and foster continuous feedback. Additionally, a dedicated management staff member from Stability serves as your primary point of contact, facilitating seamless communication for suggestions or discussions. Small Business packages begin at £15+VAT per device, per month, backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Our service adheres to stringent SLAs and is governed by our terms and conditions of business, ensuring reliability and accountability at every step.
